We had a lovely time! The breakfast was home-cooked and the owner, Phil, made sure we felt right at home. Only downside was the bathroom being a bit of a trek down the corridor. But all in all, a proper gem this place is!

This quirky heritage-listed property is full of character, with a spectacular collection of hand-painted oil reproductions and thousands of vintage cameras adorning the walls. Breakfast is a delightful experience, served hot and fresh in a charming dining room, complete with lovely views.
Dark and cluttered.

The guesthouse features an impressive art collection that adds a unique charm to the atmosphere. Proximity to the town center allows easy access to dining options. the décor feels overly cluttered, making the rooms less inviting. Service at breakfast fell short, with insufficient staff presence for refills and missing essential items like butter and jam. A kettle in the room would have enhanced the experience, as it was inconvenient to access the kitchenette instead.

quirky charm but bathroom trek
The unique collection of vintage cameras created a fascinating atmosphere throughout the guest house. I appreciated the wide variety of snacks and hot drinks available in the kitchen, which added a nice touch to my stay. The ocean view from the property enhanced my experience, making early mornings by the window quite delightful.
The bathroom was a bit far from my room, which might be inconvenient for some guests.

We really enjoyed our family stay, especially the lovely breakfast prepared with care. The kids loved watching movies on the DVD player in our room, and the ocean view was definitely a highlight. The unique decor added a charming touch to our experience.
My wife says that the bathrooms could be more accessible.

A Delightful Escape with Charming Hospitality!
A quaint heritage building with character! The breakfasts were hearty with just enough coffee facilities for a cozy start. Owners Phil and Cathy were incredibly welcoming and even helped us with our bags. Be sure to explore nearby restaurants as it's walking distance to great dining options.
